Snorkeling with Sea Lions

Have you ever thought about having an incredible snorkeling adventure, interacting with marine mammals like sea lions in their natural habitat? It's time to turn that thought into reality!

After arriving at the diving center, professional instructors will provide you with the basic procedures for this once-in-a-lifetime activity. A 7mm wetsuit, boots, hood, gloves, snorkel, mask, and fins will be issued.

After a 20-minute boat ride, you'll enter the Punta Loma Natural Reserve, just 10 miles from Puerto Madryn. Close to the snorkeling area, you will begin to spot the local birds nesting over the cliff and shores of Patagonia.

While sea lions are harmless and like to play when they find themselves among humans, you will be instructed by professionals on how to behave with these delightful and fascinating marine creatures. This is a protected area; to get as close as possible to the sea lions, special attention must be paid to understand their behavior and habits.

Once in the water, you will be amazed by how friendly and playful sea lions are. No experience is needed, but you do need to be comfortable in the water for this thrilling and ultimately unforgettable eco-adventure.
